Stilts Beach Resort is a 24-hectare sanctuary situated in Apacible Street, Calatagan, Batangas. FYI, it is beside Manuel Uy Beach.

The place is divided into (3) three: Harmony Beach, Serenity Beach and Destiny Beach.

We stayed in the Harmony Beach – the most accessible spot located at the right side of the resort and nearest to the activity center (right side of the swimming pool, restaurant and floating cottages).

About the Place

The view is really picturesque and instagram worthy. There are a lot of beautiful sceneries to capture and enjoy. The floating cottages resembles the beach resorts in Maldives.

The sand is (almost) white and fine; the water is clear BUT it is full of grass and sea snakes! Though they said it is not harmful as it only eats/drinks water, it is still alarming to know that you’re swimming with those.

It is also low-tide when we visit there; even if you walked 10km away from the shore, the water is still 1-2 feet deep only.

We did Boating (Snorkeling) to enjoy the beach since we cannot swim near the shore; P1,000 per hour for the boat fee and P150 each for snorkeling mask. The boatmen are really kind and friendly; they even get these cute starfishes for us (just to take pictures, we eventually place it back after).

The restaurant is located just beside the swimming pool, near the floating cottages area. But if you don’t feel like walking or leaving your things (though there are personal lockers), you can also request if they can serve your orders in your respective huts or cabanas just like what we did.

About the Cost

Entrance fee is P385 per pax. Children (6) six years old and below are free of charge.

From Turbina

  1. Ride a bus going to Lemery

You must be strict in time management since the last trip of the buses and jeepneys are early; You should also tell the tricycle driver to fetch you again when you’re going home since there are no public vehicles traveling near the beach resort. Happy trip!
